Founded in 2006 in Vadodara, India, IndaPoint spent its first eighteen years building software for clients around the world. We spend the next ones helping businesses adopt AI with clarity, control and confidence.
IndaPoint was founded in 2006 by Chirag Ahmedabadi/Kansara, our Founder and CTO, on a simple commitment: build high-quality technology and stand behind it with exceptional after-sales support. Chirag holds a master's in science and an MBA in marketing, began his career as a junior programmer, and worked with organisations including IBM before starting IndaPoint with a handful of developers.
Since then the company has grown to a team of more than fifty engineers and consultants, delivered over 200 projects for clients across the world, and kept long-term relationships with its major clients and partners for close to twenty years. We are proud of that retention rate more than any other number.
From 2023 our client work moved almost entirely to AI, and we began building products of our own in legal, healthcare, HR, ERP and AI governance. Running those products in production taught us what works and what only works in a demo. That experience is now what we sell: AI consultancy, development, training and AI-trained people, each with a guarantee.

In memory of our founding partner
The journey of IndaPoint was shaped by the guidance and mentorship of the late Ken Stilwell, founding partner of IndaPoint, from San Jose, California, USA. Ken's insight, leadership and unwavering support played a crucial role in our growth, and his vision and expertise laid the foundation for the company's core values and its commitment to excellence.
We lost Ken in April 2024. His legacy inspires us daily as we work to build technology that makes a real difference for the businesses we serve.
