1. Acceptance of Terms
These terms apply to all visitors, users, and anyone engaging services from IndaPoint. Acceptance is indicated by your use of the site or signature on service contracts.
2. Services Offered
IndaPoint provides four services: AI consultancy (including a free two-hour initial consultation), AI development (custom AI solutions and AI added to existing or legacy systems), AI training, and AI-trained resources engaged on an hourly, weekly or monthly basis.
Engagements covered by the 10× productivity guarantee are governed by the Productivity Guarantee terms set out in the Cancellation & Refund Policy and in the signed engagement agreement.
The free two-hour consultation, the free MVP for startups and the one-week free trial for AI-trained resources carry no obligation and create no contract until a written agreement is signed.
3. Service Engagement and Contracts
All work is governed by written proposals, signed service agreements, and project scopes.
No work shall commence without formal contract and agreed advance payment.
4. Payments, Fees, & Invoicing
Payments must be made per project milestones, via agreed payment channels (bank transfer, credit card, etc.).
Late payments may result in suspension, delayed delivery, or additional fees.
5. Intellectual Property & Licensing
Upon full payment, client owns rights to custom-developed deliverables, except for IndaPoint proprietary frameworks, libraries, and third-party assets.
Use of sample code, design templates, or AI models may be subject to licensing or separate agreement.
6. User Obligations
You agree not to misuse, republish, or exploit IndaPoint’s content, technology, or intellectual property without written consent.
You shall provide accurate project input and timely feedback to facilitate successful delivery.
7. Limitation of Liability
IndaPoint is not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from site use or delivered services.
Our total liability is limited to amounts paid by the client for the specific service rendered.
8. Confidentiality
All information exchanged during the project is treated as confidential. Both parties agree not to disclose proprietary information to third parties.
9. Termination
IndaPoint may suspend or terminate services for breach of contract, failure to pay, misuse, or unlawful behavior.
Clients may terminate contracts subject to cancellation policy and payment of outstanding fees.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Gujarat, India. All disputes will be resolved in Vadodara courts.
11. Amendments and Notices
IndaPoint may update these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes, and ongoing use implies acceptance.
