At IndaPoint Technologies, our commitment to client satisfaction extends to every aspect of our services—including the delivery of digital products, source code, and intellectual property developed through our offshore AI software, web, and mobile app solutions.
All completed projects (including source code, documentation, and related digital assets) are delivered electronically to the client’s designated account or email address unless otherwise agreed in the service contract.
Delivery timelines for each project are communicated during the initial project phase and specified in the agreement, factoring in project scope, requirements, and approval processes.
Clients will be notified promptly upon completion. Download links and transfer instructions are sent via secure channels to ensure data safety and confidentiality.
IndaPoint employs strict security protocols and complies with industry standards to safeguard all client data during transmission and delivery.
All deliverables undergo robust AI-powered quality checks, ensuring defect-free final products.
If physical shipment is required, such requests must be made in writing and will be subject to additional terms. Physical shipments (if applicable, e.g., backup drives or printed materials) are sent using reputable courier services and will be tracked, insured, and verified upon dispatch.
Project revisions, bug fixes, and updates are delivered electronically as part of after-sales support, in accordance with the support agreement.
AI-driven support identifies issues efficiently, and customers will receive prompt notifications and digital access to resolved components, features, or releases.
Digital deliveries are free of shipping charges and taxes unless otherwise required by law or specified in the contract.
Physical shipping (if any) will be subject to actual costs, informed prior to dispatch, and included on invoices when applicable.
IndaPoint provides digital delivery services to clients globally, with no geographical restrictions for electronic transfer.
For clients in regions with internet access limitations, alternate delivery methods can be arranged upon request.
For questions regarding delivery, shipping, or post-project support, contact our team via the channels listed on our website. Our support representatives, empowered by AI systems, are available to respond promptly and effectively 24/7.
