What it does

PlasmaText is a research workspace for the web and Android tablets used by law students, advocates, PhD researchers and analysts. Users mark up PDFs and Word files, pull passages onto a board that keeps the page reference, ask an assistant that answers only from their own documents, and generate reports from 23 templates with a source beside every claim.

The problem

Research built on stacks of documents is hard to defend when notes lose their source and general AI tools answer from outside the material.
